  • We are based out of Aiea, located on the island of Oahu.

  • Please contact us using the contact form located below. You will work one on one with the designer to capture your vision or inspiration. Your order will be processed and if you’re on Island free local pick up will be arranged.

    Not on Island? No worries, shipping is available for additional cost.

  • We know you are excited to receive your hat and we are just as excited to get it to you. Processing time depends on the complexity of your design and hat style availability. Please allow 2-3 weeks for design work.

  • We get it, you need your hat for the upcoming Baby Luau or concert. Rush orders can be accommodated with an additional rush fee.

  • Absolutely, each design is as unique as the person wearing them. No two hats are the same.

  • Yes! If you want to provide your own hat, no problem! Please fill out the contact form and let us know you will be sending in your own hat.

  • Most of the hats that we carry are one size fits most. Each hat also comes with an adjustable string for a more secure fit. However, if you know your head is on the smaller or larger side you can always send us your measurements.
